How can I prepare for my facial?

Please stay out of the sun and avoid sunbathing for at least 24 hours before your facial. Refrain from using all active skincare ingredients at least 3 days prior to your treatment. If you are getting a peel, discontinue all retinoids or tretinoin 7 days beforehand. Additionally, avoid working out, using saunas, doing hot yoga, and steam rooms prior to your treatment.

What is the post-facial care?

After your facial, please use only gentle cleansers and moisturizers for at least three days. Refrain from working out for 24 hours to avoid dehydrating your skin. Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, wear SPF, and avoid makeup for at least 6-12 hours for the best results. Most importantly, don't pick at your skin. Facials can cause some purging, so stick to a simple regimen. If anything pops up, simply cleanse and moisturize, allowing your skin to heal naturally.

What is your appointment cancellation policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. With a 10% discount on all product purchases and a generous 50% off add-ons, you can keep your skin glowing with a customized monthly self-care routine. If you need to skip a month, don’t worry—the amount paid will roll over to the next month, so you never lose what you’ve paid. The membership requires a 4-month commitment, and the amount you pay can be applied towards Specials and Signature Treatments. If the treatment costs more than your membership payment, simply pay the difference. Please note, if you cancel your membership before the 4-month commitment ends, there is no refund for the current month. Additionally, if you are a no-show or cancel outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, the cost is non-refundable.
